ezjili Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the ezjili website and its associated services (collectively, the "Platform"), you ("User," "Player," or "you") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other persons who access or use the ezjili Platform. If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

ezjili reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the ezjili Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations enforced by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, or agent of ezjili, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the ezjili Platform or any other gaming platform operated under PAGCOR oversight.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by PAGCOR or any recognized responsible gaming authority.

ezjili reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to belong to persons under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, and any funds held in such accounts will be handled in accordance with applicable regulations.

3. Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the ezjili Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

3.2 Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary to keep it accurate, current, and complete. ezjili is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify ezjili immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. ezjili will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)

ezjili is required by applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations to verify the identity of its users. You agree to provide any documentation requested by ezjili for KYC purposes, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in restrictions on your account, including suspension of withdrawal privileges.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ezjili accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods available to Philippine residents: GCash, PayMaya/Maya, and bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit card deposits are also accepted. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).

4.2 Minimum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. Minimum withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of withdrawal request. ezjili reserves the right to modify minimum transaction thresholds with reasonable notice to users.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

ezjili processes withdrawal requests to GCash and Maya within five (5) minutes of approval, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) business day. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand or where additional verification is required.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

All deposits and withdrawals are subject to ezjili's anti-money laundering (AML) procedures. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically feasible. ezjili reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of funds for any transaction it deems suspicious.

4.5 Prohibited Funding Sources

You may not fund your ezjili account using any cryptocurrency, credit card, or any other payment method not expressly listed as accepted. Transactions made using prohibited funding sources will be reversed, and associated accounts may be suspended.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

ezjili offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, and expiry dates, which are clearly stated on each individual promotion page.

• Bonuses are credited to your account in accordance with the specific promotion terms and are not redeemable for cash until applicable wagering requirements have been met.
• ezjili reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, with or without prior notice, where there is evidence of abuse, fraud, or technical error.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise specified. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses simultaneously may result in forfeiture of all associated bonus funds.
• Bonuses are personal to the account holder and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person.
• ezjili reserves the right to reclaim any bonus funds credited in error.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the ezjili Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and audited to ensure fairness and unpredictability of outcomes. The Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all games are displayed within the game information panels.

In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your device and the result recorded on ezjili's servers, the server-side result shall be deemed authoritative. Technical malfunctions void all pays and plays. ezjili is not liable for any losses arising from technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or device malfunctions on the user's end.

Live casino games are subject to the rules of the specific game variant being played, as explained by the dealer and displayed on-screen. By participating in a live game, you acknowledge and accept the applicable game rules.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ezjili Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors are void and must be returned.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including but not limited to chargeback fraud, identity fraud, or payment fraud.
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform for any illegal financial activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or ezjili staff through any communication channel.
• Registering multiple accounts or allowing another person to use your account.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the ezjili Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the property of ezjili or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of ezjili.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ezjili, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.

ezjili's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ezjili account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ezjili makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

ezjili collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

ezjili complies with applicable Philippine data protection laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). Your personal data will not be sold to third parties. It may be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, and identity verification providers as required for the operation of the Platform and compliance with legal obligations.

11. Responsible Gaming

ezjili is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting vulnerable players. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit.
• Session Time Limits: Set reminders or hard limits on the duration of your gaming sessions.
• Loss Limits: Set limits on the amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic notifications showing how long you have been playing and your net gaming position.

12. Termination and Suspension

ezjili reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from PAGCOR or any other competent authority.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.

Upon termination, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds and amounts subject to investigation) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to ezjili's customer support team for resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels within thirty (30) days, either party may escalate the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority or competent court in the Philippines.

You agree that any legal proceedings arising from these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

14. Amendments to These Terms

ezjili reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, ezjili will notify registered users via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
